Galatians 6
1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.
Do you know what true love for others is? It's giving them what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Give them The Truth of God.
2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
Christ Jesus said in John 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. A Christian is Christ like. The problem today is not many know Him even when they say they do.
3 For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.
God is The One that give us a day to do something and He is The One that gives us the gift of knowledge to do it. It's NEVER us, it's ALWAYS God.
4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.
God give us a feeling of accomplishment when we complete things that He has given us the ability to do. What's happening today is satans work. If you have people getting a handout without working out of the need for it, you are an enabler and a cause of their addiction to the handouts. It's called socialism and is of satan. Romans 12
5 For every man shall bear his own burden.
Hold your own weight in this life. Get up off your butt and do something, anything that will enable you to be a benefit to yourself and others. I'm disabled myself, but refuse to sit around doing nothing but getting what others could give me. My hand isn't out empty, but full, helping those in [need] while serving my Lord. I have seen a person without arms or legs, sowing to make money as to feed her family and knew then, I have no excuse not to do something to help others. Neither do you!
6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.
If someone teaches you Gods Word, it's up to you to let
them know the blessing they have shown. Let's not forget where it originates
from though. It ALWAYS comes from God†
7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Don't kid yourself, we get everything we deserve. You won't be able to blame anyone but yourself. No, you won't even be able to blame Bush.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
What did you get up for today? Was it to feed your flesh with the things of the world, or to feed your soul that you may have life forever? Is God in your mind?
9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
"If we faint not" = if you don't give up, you'll always succeed in the end. Christians are always can do children of God. If you're a poor me babe, you're not a adult Christian.
10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
We should help everyone in need, "especially" other Christians.
11 Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand.
Paul couldn't see very well and he wrote large enough to see.
12 As many as desire to make a fair shew in the flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised; only lest they should suffer persecution for the cross of Christ.
This would be the same idea as the churches of today. They don't care if you come to Christ, they just want another head count for their books. They put you in bondage with their legalistic theology instead of the cross of Christ. Could not tell you how many so-called pastors I have talked to that refuse The Truth of Christ. We are in a time of falling away and false doctrines. It is setting up the casting down to earth of satan and most are set up to follow him.
13 For neither they themselves who are circumcised keep the law; but desire to have you circumcised, that they may glory in your flesh.
Hypocrites of the world untie. These kind of people are everywhere today. They go by the same way of thinking, "do as I say not as I do". They love to see you follow them, instead of The Truth of God. Don't EVER let what someone else does take your love for God from you.
14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.
Get out of the legalism and false doctrines. Study EVERYDAY!
15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
A new creature understands their commitment to God. They are born from above and know the things of the world have no holds on them. Though we fall short at times, we have forgiveness through repentance in Christ Jesus Yahshuas name.
16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.
For those that walk in Christ, with faith, and I mean true FAITH, you have a peace of mind nothing else can give.
17 From henceforth let no man trouble me: for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus.
Those of you that hold to The Truth of God also know the world hates you and the things you stand for. This goes for the fake Christians and pastors pushing false doctrines on you; they hate you. But we can handle them! John 15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
18 Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.
