Matthew 25

1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

Christ is comparing the "kingdom of heaven" to a wedding for us to better understand. The bridegroom is Christ and the ten virgins are the Christians going to meet the Bridegroom. The subject is to remain a virgin, spiritually, waiting on the true Christ, not whoring after the fake one when he arrives first.

2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.

The wise love The Word and are prepared where the foolish hate God, but love the world and all its ways, serving satan in doing so.

3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:

The oil in the lamps= the knowledge in your mind and some have just enough to go but so far and then they're out of oil when it's needed the most, in the darkest hour.

4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

They carried what was needed, being prepared for anything that may come up. The oil of God is Truth in God's word and ALL of it, not just what you want of it. The oil in the Greek is # 1637 Strong's Dictionary, "elaion", prime word # 1636, "elaia, el-ah'-yah", "el" is God, "ah" is God, and "yah" is God, three forms of the God head.

5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

Time passed and they didn't hold to The Truth or give time to study.

6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

On that 11th hour = 7th trump all ten go out to see the bride groom = Christ.

7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.

When you trim your wicks, there is less soot and the light brightens. Things will be seen for what they are.

8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

These foolish virgins = Christians ran out of Truth and didn't know which way to go or what to believe.

9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

They wouldn't listen and now the time has come for Christ return. They didn't prepare!

10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.

We all have our chance and some just waste it. To many put things off until the last minute and you don't know when yours is.

11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.

These same "Christians" went right back to the false teachings instead of seeking The Truth. It's up to each of us to seek The Truth. The fact is, many hear it but don't like what it says so they either ignore it all together or change it to fit a tradition or way of life they will accept.

12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

Those that read these messages are blessed to have the opportunity to prepare. We will each answer for accepting Him or running from Him.

13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

[ IF ] you have been paying attention to these studies, you know we are to be watchful of His coming. You know to prepare for the events that must come to pass.

14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.

Christ gives us another example of what the kingdom of heaven is like. His kingdom is like a man traveling into a far country. But before He left, He called His "own servants" giving them His goods, preparing them.

15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.

Our Father has made sure we have what we need and NEVER more than each one of us can handle. He has given us all that we need. When the flesh gets in the way, wants replace the needs with envy and greed. Stay focused brothers and sisters. We are at the finish line!

16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.

Do you receive The Word and give the same to others, that it may go further unto those that are lost?

17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.

100% return! The things God give you to spread to others will grow abundantly to those that have an open heart. They will take it and spread it to others.

18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.

We should never hide the blessings of God. He gave it that we may give it. We should scream The Truth from the roof tops!

19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.

20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.

21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Peace of mind is knowing you have done your best to serve The Lord. When He gives you Truth, don't put it away, use it to better someones life.

22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.

That's a 100% return. I'm continuing to learn, but what I've gained I must share. I started studying in 1996 and started this Ministry in 2009. My goal was to get at least one to turn from the world and to God. That's a 100% return.

23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

This one also produced 100% return and therefore gets reward.

24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:

This kind of person wants attention for every little thing they do for The Lord and expects something in return. Christ fed both the 5000 and the 4000 and He gave it to the disciples to feed the people. That's how He wants us to do it. Christ Jesus gives the food = The Word of God to His disciples, they feed the people, so that there be a harvest of good souls. If you claim to be a disciple of Christ, then you MUST take that food, The Word and pass it to the people.

25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.

If you have fear of telling others of Christ, you are of no use to God in the manner you should be. We are given His wisdom to spread, not hold for ourselves.

26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:

Only their neglect does He find. An unfaithful servant and one that will mislead others, because they won't give the time to God as they should or helping others in love.

27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.

They should have been wise enough not to just bury it in the ground.

28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.

With all you have been given in life, why would you throw it away with refusing The One that gave you that life. He is waiting

29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.

We all get what we deserve and if you believe your a good person, without Christ you're missing a lot and this goes both ways. James 2:17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

At the end of the five months, satan has reigned over people, Christ returns. NOT UNTIL THEN! When people see Christ, they will also see who they followed.

31 When the Son of man shall come in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then shall He sit upon the throne of His glory:

His throne will be in Jerusalem and not in a cloud of vapor.

32 And before Him shall be gathered all nations: and He shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

Good people will no longer be subjected to their ways. Those that have chosen evil WILL pay for their deeds.

33 And He shall set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.

34 Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, Come, ye blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

This flesh age is to see what souls are worthy of life everlasting. Heaven is called such because there is no evil in it. I sure don't want any evil there, even if that means I'm not found worthy. 1 Timothy 1:15-16  15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.  16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on Him to life everlasting.

35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave Me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave Me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took Me in:

36 Naked, and ye clothed Me: I was sick, and ye visited Me: I was in prison, and ye came unto Me.

37 Then shall the righteous answer Him, saying, Lord, when saw we Thee an hungred, and fed Thee? or thirsty, and gave Thee drink?

These speaking are those who made it. They're on the right side of the Lord!

38 When saw we Thee a stranger, and took Thee in? or naked, and clothed Thee?

39 Or when saw we Thee sick, or in prison, and came unto Thee?

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, ye have done it unto Me.

When do we feed, cloth, visit Him in prison, or help Christ when He's sick? Every time we go to those with no hope, giving The Word, tending to their physical and spiritual needs.

41 Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

When anything is put into a fire, it goes up in smoke to never be again. Those that go to to this fire won't be suffering, they won't exist anymore.

42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave Me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave Me no drink:

Some need to hear the milk of The Word, bringing them to Christ, some the meat of it as to grow in it. You have ministered to them, then you minister to Christ. These refused to do so when they had the means to do so.

43 I was a stranger, and ye took Me not in: naked, and ye clothed Me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited Me not.

You see their physical needs and jump into action. These also have the means, but walk on by.

44 Then shall they also answer Him, saying, Lord, when saw we Thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto Thee?

Many claim that being a good person is enough, yet they refuse The Way to righteousness.

45 Then shall He answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to Me.

Refusing Christ is refusing His ways. There is no such thing as a part time Christian. You either are or you're not. As a Christian, if you see a need physically and or spiritually, you jump to it.

46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

"Everlasting punishment" in this case is to not be a part of something.......... life! REPENT and start living for Christ, for Christ Jesus is life!
