Mark 7

1 Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem.

2 And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault.

These Pharisees and scribes came looking for trouble. It went against the kenites traditions not to go through their ritual.

3 For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.

They expect this tradition to be cared out and because Christ and the disciples didn't, they are hated by these evil "church goers".

4 And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.

Every time they returned from the market they preformed this "baptizo" = washing of this ceremonial baptism of dishes to body's and nothing has change much today. So many believe you must put on a great show to get people to come or continue coming to their church. If they would just stick to Teaching The Truth and let God handle the rest, in the end they will be blessed. After, that's where it is going to count! Reward or punishment?

5 Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?

They're asking Christ, Why aren't you keeping our traditions?

6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

Hypocrites! They're pretending to be something that they are not. They believe they're so wise, yet have no idea of The Truth when He is standing right in front of them. They would rather have a tradition or show to look good above others.  Isaiah 29:13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Their traditions make void The Word of God.

8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

These kenites turn from God, to human traditions. Look how many churches teach The Word over the shows. DON'T FOOL YOURSELF, NOT MANY! They teach "tithing, rapture, baptism, love, tongues, not much more and hardly more than a few verses every Friday, Saturday or Sunday, etc. And on those subjects, lack the understanding to teach them correctly.

9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

Same as today! People want to ignore The Truth when it doesn't follow their wants.

10 For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death:

Ref. - Exodus 20:12 Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

11 But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free.

They're taking from their parents and giving everything to the church, leaving them to suffer. Same as when a pastor blesses an act that goes against God's Word.

12 And ye suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother;

After giving to your church, you ignore your family. I know some that have given their inheritance to their "church" leaving their family without.

13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

All these traditional shows take away from The Truth of The Word. Look what we have coming to the churches in April. We have Passover coming but has been changed to easter = ishtar = a pagan god. I see the churches having their egg hunts people dressed in the bunny costumes "for the children".

14 And when he had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand:

Christ called everyone to come closer and listen up.

15 There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.

There are a lot of evil things that can enter your mind and it's up to us what we do with it. REPENT and control yourself. Replace evil with Truth.

16 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

Do you know what is The Truth? You can't and won't if you don't have any time for it. THE WORD

17 And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.

18 And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;

Example, eating things that God says will make you sick, will not send your soul to hell. Where not judged by what goes in, but what comes out.

19 Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?

Meat enters our body's coming out waste, what do the words that go into your hearts come out as? There is a lot of junk we hear that we should just flush.

20 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

What we allow to take hold in our minds is what will come out of us in speech and actions.

21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

All the things that we do, comes from within our hearts = intellect = your soul. What you put in and allow to take hold, will be what you put out. It will be what makes up your soul. What's in you? There are ONLY two, the world or Christ Jesus. Don't fool yourself. Without Christ in your heart your part of the world and ALL the evil it shows. If your standing on the side of the road during a "gay pride" parade, your part of the parade.

22 Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:

23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

What you put in you might put out. Filter the junk!

24 And from thence he arose, and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into an house, and would have no man know it: but he could not be hid.

25 For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:

26 The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.

Syrophenician #4949, 4948 same as 5403; a Syro-phoenician woman, female native of Phoenicia in Syria, a Gentile. She knows what Christ can do for her.

27 But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.

Christ is just letting her know it's not time for salvation to come to the Gentiles.

28 And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children's crumbs.

She is showing her faith in Christ.

29 And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter.

Her actions gave a reaction, her daughter was healed. Our actions bring the same depending on our actions. Blessings come if we follow.

30 And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed.

Healed

31 And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.

He went to that house to accomplish one thing. Christ went 100 miles to heal one child.

32 And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.

33 And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;

34 And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.

Ephphatha, G2188, ef-fä-thä = to receive the power of hearing, the ears of the deaf and the eyes of the blind being considered as closed. Also of H6606 pĕthach - peth·akh' = to open.

35 And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.

36 And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;

They still can't wrap their heads around the things Christ can do.

37 And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.

EVERYTHING Christ does is beyond measure
