John 8

1 Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.

2 And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.

3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,

These kenties are going to attempt to show Christ as a fake.

4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.

They're attempting to set Him up using the law.

5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?

They want something on Him for when they bring Him to trial.

6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.

They are calling attention to Deuteronomy 22:23 If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;  One problem with this is verse 22 of Deuteronomy requires the man to be there also and both to be stoned. So where is that man? Deuteronomy 22:22 If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.  Christ is ignoring them because of their hypocrisy.

7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

He knows He isn't dealing with ignorance, but with stupidity. They know better than to pick up a stone. It would give the appearance that they are perfection.

8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

Giving them time for things to sink in.

9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

The older you become and the more you study The Word, the more you see your sins. We see here the oldest one turns and walks away. He reflected on what Christ said and couldn't pick up the stone. He set the example as they all left by age, "convicted by their own conscience".

10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?

11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;  Christ called out her sin when He told her to "go and sin no more". We all sin, but we shouldn't stay in sin. Repent! We must change when we repent for our sins. If you don't even try, you're playing a game. God doesn't play games when it comes to His children's souls. Repent!

12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

This would be another day. He gives a condition here. You must "follow Him" or you follow evil. No gray area! It's a troubling world and people turn to everything they can to find strength and peace. Christ is The Only constant, continuing, non changing help there is.

Matthew 11:28-30  28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.  29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.  That yoke is a connection with God. He helps you pull the load. He handles the things you have tried and can't do yourself.  30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.  The yoke of Christ, will make life easier and it lightens the pressures that the world places on you.  Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

13 The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true.

They're calling Christ a lair and that He is just being boastful.

14 Jesus answered and said unto them, Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go.

They can't tell because they are blind to The Truth. They can only see the worldly way, not the spiritual. Could be because some want to be, others because of God. Christ Jesus time wasn't yet.

15 Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.

They judge by the appearance. Most churches do the same today. They look you up and down and base your Christian walk on what you have. They believe the volume of goods are your blessings.  John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.   You need The Word in order to do this correctly. The Word of God is how we measure what is good or bad.

16 And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.

The day fast approaches EVERYONE, His judgment is coming. Reward for some, punishment for others. It's always been your choice. Punishment: Luke 12:46  The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.  Reward: Revelation 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;  Those who reject Christ, The Way, The Truth, The Life, have no place in eternity, nor would anyone want to deal with them any longer. In the end of it all, heaven will have No evil in it.  Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

17 It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.

18 I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.

Christ is a witness to Himself, He is The Son of God and God is His witness. All those things Christ said and did, no other could do but The Son of God, sent by The Father.

19 Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.

If they had truly known The scriptures in their spirits, they would've known Who stood before them. They wouldn't have even asked such a question.

20 These words spake Jesus in the treasury, as he taught in the temple: and no man laid hands on him; for his hour was not yet come.

The people hear Christ Jesus's Words being taught with boldness and some had seen the miracles He has done. As much as those in the religious leadership wanted to take Him at that moment, they also knew chaos would have broke out.

21 Then said Jesus again unto them, I go my way, and ye shall seek me, and shall die in your sins: whither I go, ye cannot come.

Because they love the world over The Truth, The Word, The Way to life, they will die in what they seek so badly. They have the opportunity to seek Him and unless they change, they will not exist in the end.

22 Then said the Jews, Will he kill himself? because he saith, Whither I go, ye cannot come.

This is what happens when you won't think outside of the flesh. They have no spiritual mind to see.

23 And he said unto them, Ye are from beneath; I am from above: ye are of this world; I am not of this world.

They refuse Truth. They twist it to conform to [their believes] not of The Word but of the world. Ever given someone The Truth of God and they turn on It and you? They refuse to see the meat after they've been fed the milk all their lives. The same can't see the spiritual, because they twist the simplicity of The Word. Keep Teaching The Truth and let them be of the world.  John 17:14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

24 I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.

Christ is telling them, He is The Only Way that they have to forgiveness. If you don't believe that, you'll die carrying everyone of your sins to judgment day.

25 Then said they unto him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith unto them, Even the same that I said unto you from the beginning.

They're saying "Who do you think you are" and Christ is telling them He is the same One that told them in the beginning. "[I AM] The Anointed One, [I AM] sent of My Father, We are One,"

26 I have many things to say and to judge of you: but he that sent me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I have heard of him.

Christ has enough on them to judge them on and those things will put them in hell. Everything Christ has said was because it has come from The Father.

27 They understood not that he spake to them of the Father.

They didn't understand forgiveness would come from God if they would only repent.

28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.

Christ of course knows they're going to crucify Him and He is telling them, when they do, then they will see He is The Anointed One, sent of God. Then they will know ALL His Words to be True.

29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.

Christ has given a path to us and if we are to call ourselves "Christians" we are to walk that path, His examples.  Galatians 1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.  If you're in it to please people, you're not in The Truth, but are one of satans puppets. I'm sure you can see I don't care what ANYONE thinks of me but my Father ONLY.1 Thess. 2:4 But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.  A true person of God won't conform to what the people want to hear, but the things they should hear. We have way to many playing church, ignoring The Word as its written and putting on shows.

30 As he spake these words, many believed on him.

The power of The Truth.

31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

The Word has been given, in it is Truth. In Truth is freedom. It brings us peace. It take away those chains of the world and satans tricks. Now it's up to you. We as believers in Christ Jesus do as He does. His Word was given, not for Himself, but for us all. Don't keep it for yourself. Love it, Live it, and Speak it.

32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

33 They answered him, We be Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?

They're continuing in ignorance of that spiritual ear. All they hear is what their flesh is telling them. The ONLY way to grasp the 3 levels of God's Word is to empty the fleshly way of thinking and pray for The Holy Spirit to guild you in understanding The Full Truth. 3 Levels:  John 21:14-17    14  This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.  15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.  "lambs" = Babes in Christ, beginners in The Word.  16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.   "sheep" = Adults in The Word [not an age] These first sheep are those that have been studying and have a working knowledge of The Word.  17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.  "sheep" = Adults in The Word, but with a Spiritual understanding that God gives those who live in The Word EVERYDAY. Those who study everyday of the week, doing the work necessary to gain an understanding of the Hebrew, Chaldee and Greek meanings, applying them to the context of what's being said. You gain an insight to the analogy's throughout The Word of God.

34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

Commit sin, become its slave. Example; If you lie, you keep making up lies to cover that first lie. You become that lie and are trapped in it until you confess. Repent of your sins today and be free of your slavery. Break those bonds satan has placed on you. Come out from among the worldly way of thinking. Seek Truth and live in Him.

35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.

The slave to sin will NOT have life, but those freed in Christ will.

36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

Do you believe in Him and follow His ways? In Him is Truth, in Him is freedom.   John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

37 I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.

They see and hear, but refuse to follow Him. They refuse The Truth because of their love of the world. They hold to the darkness even when The Light stands before them. Christ is going to play along with them. Let's see what He tells them.

38 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.

We will see their father is the devil. Ref.  John 8:44  You know Christ isn't talking about the house of Judah. These kenites are of Cain and Cain of satan himself. Cain was the first murderer. Have you studied Genesis?   Genesis 4:8 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, And slew him.  Ezra and Nehemiah show us those duties of the Levitical priests were taken by these kenites. Kenites came through Hemath, the father of the house of Rechab. Rechab isn't of Jacob or Judah. These kenites are of the lineage of satan. kenite = # 7014, and the word is "Kenite": Qayan, Kah'-yin; The name of the first child, of an oriental tribe:-Cain, Kenite.  Kenites" [family], # 7017, "Qeyniy, kay-nee', a Kenite or member of the tribe of Kajin:-Kenite." Adam and Eve would have Seth and that bloodline is where Christ would come. The first two, Cain and Abel were of course twins, yet not of the same father. Genesis 4:2 And she [again] bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.   Look at the word "again" = Hebrew word "yacaph", # 3254; "(to continue to do a thing)". Eve had Cain and continues in birth, you're going to end up with twins. Fraternal twins are “dizygotic,” meaning that they developed from two different eggs fertilized by two different sperm cells and can be from two different fathers. Identical twins are “monozygotic” they developed from a single fertilized egg that split.

39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham.

Christ calls them out. If they followed Abraham, they would follow the law, but they twist it to conform to their fleshly traditions. Much as what's going on in today's world. The Truth of God isn't being taught much. Because of that we have a bunch of sugarcoated "pastors" out there that haven't a clue about The Word. Then the people that follow them, instead of studying The Word and praying for understanding, that they be feed in The Whole Word, Chapter for Chapter and verse for verse. Only then will they have The Holy Spirit open what has been shut.

40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.

They show themselves not to be of Abraham, but of satan. Their actions make clear who they truly are.  Matthew 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

41 Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God.

They know they're not of Abraham with their reply. They know they are of Cain and satan.

42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.

Christ of course knows what's wrong with these kenites. They are evil. They hear Him but the only thing on their minds are murder. The world we live in today, hear His Words but can't understand Him. It's because of the junk they have filled their minds with. As far as the church, they have filled their minds with traditions of humans and sugar coated preaching. They teach bits about how God loves, but they refuse to teach about those things God hates. This is why you can't find many that know The Word today. They don't have time for it. They hear a few word on the day they go to church, to be fed crumbs, but that's it.

44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Their father is the devil. They're his offspring and they do his bidding. Even a kenite has The Way to life, but here, they refuse Him and His Father that sent Him.

45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

The Truth stings when you hate it. Ever fed someone what they thought they knew was a lie? They hate The Truth and the one who brings it.

46 Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?

What did He do that they want to murder Him for? Which miracle are they going to convict Him on? He has spoke nothing but The Truth.

47 He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

It's that simple. Do you have ears to hear?  Luke 8:7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it.  You must stop hanging out with those that refuse The Truth. It's ok to plant a seed = Truth, but don't walk with them in your daily life as friends. They'll bring you down with them. Most of the wicked won't allow God's Word to penetrate their minds and take root. If you waste your time with these, you miss the opportunity to give to those waiting to accept The Seed = The Word. Isaiah 6:9 -10  9 And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.  10 Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.  Luke 8:8 And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.  The seed = The Word developed and bore fruit. The Truth went forth, helping others come to know God and the events about to take place today.  Luke 8:9 And his disciples asked him, saying, What might this parable be?  Without erasing your mind of the world, it's hard to understand the spiritual meanings.

48 Then answered the Jews, and said unto him, Say we not well that thou art a Samaritan, and hast a devil?

The Samaritans were ignorant to The Word of God. These kenites are accusing Christ of being ignorant to the things of God. They hate hear The Truth so much, they're claiming Christ has a evil spirit in Him. If you've ever taught The TRUTH of The Word, you understand the attack.

49 Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me.

Christ calls them out again.

50 And I seek not mine own glory: there is one that seeketh and judgeth.

It's by the will of God, not the glory of The Son. They want to ignore or change his purpose. We are all sinners and we can't come to ourselves for our eternal forgiveness. Christ was sent for us all. The last sacrifice for all time.

51 Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.

Truly, truly only Christ can free you from death.

52 Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.

They just refuse to see past the flesh.

53 Art thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? and the prophets are dead: whom makest thou thyself?

They're asking if Abraham is dead and the prophets are dead, who are you that make them alive?

54 Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God:

Christ honors God and while they saw they do, they really don't.

55 Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying.

Christ continues to call these fakes out for what they are. Lairs and of their father satan. If they knew God, they would know Who Christ is.

56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.

Christ calls attention to the fact the nations have seen and will see Christ in Truth. Abraham rejoiced, because he has seen The Truth in scripture and knew Christ would come. He had seen Melchizedek when he had returned from battle. Ref. Genesis 14 They ignore Him standing right before them.  Genesis 14:18 And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God.  "Melchizedek" is "Melka" = "King", "Zedek" = "righteous or The just". Christ Jesus is The King of the righteous. Let's not forget the bread and wine = The body and blood of Christ and the things needed that became The Holy Communion. It's well worth it for you to study about "The Order of Melchizedek" Ref. Hebrews 6:20 - 7:28.

57 Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?

They just don't get, don't want to see or hear what Christ tells them. If they did, scripture would come to their minds.

58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

59 Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.

Evil hates good, darkness is erased with light. They reached a point where their emotions took over. Their evil exploded. But Christ time wasn't yet.
